MAGNETIC SWITCH
Push in plunger and release. Plunger should return quickly to
its original position. Replace if necessary.
Pull-in coil Open circuit Test

lnspect continuity between terminal "S" and terminal "M". lf
no continuity exísts, replace magnetic switch.
Hold-ln coil Open circuit Test

lnspect continuity between terminal "S" and coil case. lf no
continuity exists, replace magnetic switch.
Contact points Test

Put the plunger on under side and then push magnetic switch
down. At this time, inspect contínuity between terminal "B"
and terminal "M". lf no continuity exists, replace magnetic
switch and/or plunger.
