Using the Compaq System Configuration Utility
NetWare Device Drivers
from Compaq
Your server must have certain device drivers for some server options to
operate using NetWare. These drivers are located on the Compaq SmartStart
CD shipped with the server. If you use SmartStart to configure the server,
these drivers will be installed automatically.
For more information on these drivers, run the README.COM file in the root
directory of the NetWare Programs from Compaq diskette.
Manual installation
If you choose not to let SmartStart configure the server, follow this procedure:
1. Insert the Compaq SmartStart CD into the CD-ROM drive.
2. Boot your system.
3. Select Non-SmartStart Setup.
4. Follow the instructions that display on the monitor.
