• Be sure to check and adjust the valve clearance.
Refer to "Valve Clearance Inspection and Adjustment
in Section 0B (Page 0B-5)".
Clutch Cover
• Apply a light coat of the bond to the clutch cover
gasket matching surface as shown.
: Sealant 99000–31140 (SUZUKI BOND
No.1207B or equivalent)
• Install the dowel pins and gasket (1).
CAUTION
!
Use a new gasket to prevent oil leakage.
• Install the clutch cover (2).
CAUTION
!
Fit the new gasket washer to the bolts (3).

Generator Cover
• Install the dowel pins and gasket (1).
CAUTION
!
Use a new gasket to prevent oil leakage.

• Apply grease to the clutch push rod.
: Grease 99000–25010 (SUZUKI SUPER
GREASE A or equivalent)
• Apply molybdenum oil solution to inside of the
bushing.
M/O: Molybdenum oil (MOLYBDENUM OIL
SOLUTION)
• Install the generator cover (2).
WARNING
!
Be careful not to pinch the finger between the
generator cover and the crankcase.
NOTE
Fit new gasket washer to the bolt (3).
