(n) Attribute decoder
In the TEXT display mode, the attribute decoder decodes the attribute
code to obtain display modes for the plasma display: normal, reverse,
non-display, full-dot character matrix, or blinking. The decoded
data are latched to LS174 at the rising edge of *CRTC-CLK.
