Memory Control Circuit
Memory devices in this logic unit are: 16K-byte ROM for BIOS programs,
256K-byte dynamic RAM as a standard proviSion, an expansion 256K-byte
dynamic RAM, and 32K-byte video RAM in the PDP controller. All these
memory devices are in the CPU board.
Figure 5-11 is the relationship between the memory devices and the memory
map.
