(r) Plasma driver circuit
The plasma driver circuit outputs the signals generated at the
display control circuit to the plasma via driver LS240. Each data
line has a 47 k-ohm pullup resistance.

DATAO to DATA3 output lines are enabled when both the EN VIDEO signal
in the display mode register and the vertical sync signal (*VSYNC)
are HIGH.
