Anti-malfunction reset signal (*POR)
The *POR signal is produced by a +5 V power voltage detection
device (PST518A) to prevent circuit malfunctions when power is
turned on or off.
The leading and falling edge voltages of the +5 V voltage are
detected by 4.2 +0.2 V.
