In the Unregister Device List, click the target device that requires connection settings so its color
changes to gray, and click the
Register Device List, as shown in the following diagram.

Target node IDs are assigned to the devices that are registered in the Register Device List.
The target node ID serves as the bit array position for the following variables in the originator
Controller: Target Node PLC Operating Flags, Target Node PLC Error Flags, Target Node Error
Information, Registered Target Node Table, and Normal Target Node Table. By default, the tar-
get ID is automatically set to the rightmost 8 bits of the IP address. In the example above, the
target device's IP address is 192.168.250.2, so the device number is #002. If a target node ID is
duplicated and you want to change the device number, click the Change Target Node ID Button
and change the target ID.
