If voltage is not as specified, replace the battery.

If the fuse is blown, replace the fuse and check for short

Inspect the connector on the wire harness side.

Turn ignition switch ON.
Check that the battery positive voltage is 1 0 - 1 6 V.
Check that the RAD and ECU-ACC fuses are not blown.
