BRAKE SYSTEM
FRONT BRAKE CALIPER
DISASSEMBLY
Drain the brake fluid from the front brake hydraulic
system (page 15-5).
Remove the two bolts and guard plate.
BOLTS
Disconnect the brake hose from the brake caliper by
removing the oil bolt and sealing washer.
Loosen the two caliper pin bolts.
Remove the two mounting bolts and brake caliper
assembly.
Remove the two caliper pin bolts and separate the
caliper bracket from the caliper body.
Remove the brake pads.
