Description
Set the threshold to control the reception of unicast packets
with unknown destination, broadcast packets, or multicast
packets. The unit is the number of packets received per second
(Packet Per Second).

Note
The threshold is not a total number of thresholds for unknown
destination unicast, broadcast, and multicast packets. The
threshold is applied to each packet in each type.
