08: St. Tempo Flanger
This is a stereo tempo flanger. You can select random or step waveforms for the LFO, and synchronize the
speed of the random/step waveform with tempo. Also, synchronizing the LFO to note-on messages will
produce a flanging effect with a fixed timing.
