The Printhead is not being aligned cor-
rectly.
The type of paper specified in the printer
driver does not match the type loaded in
the printer.

Borders appear in borderless printing

Borders appear in borderless printing
The paper selected for borderless printing at ac-
tual size was wider than the actual page size.
The printing image data has margins.
Margins are configured in the application software
you are using.
BordlessOversize is set to Little in the Control
Panel menu.

Cause
Adjust the Printhead alignment.

In the Control Panel menu, use a lower Head Height setting.

Load paper of the same type as you have specified in the printer driver.

Make sure the same type of paper is specified in the printer driver as you have loaded in
the printer.

Press the Stop button and stop printing.

Change the type of paper in the printer driver and try printing again.

For borderless printing at actual size, use roll paper that has the same width as
the actual page size.

Check that the printing image data does not have any objects like crop marks
and transparent objects.
Check that no margins are configured in the application software you are using.
Set BordlessOversize to Standard in the Control Panel menu.
