Before motor disassembly, make sure to mark the location of
the cap in relation to the motor casing.
NOTICE
If the motor cap is assembled 180 degrees off,
this will reverse polarity and cause the motor to turn counter-
clockwise.
Remove the fan cover.
Remove the fan bolt and slide the fan off of the shaft.
