9.3.4 Optics Cooling Fan Installation (FT3013 Copier Only)

1. Remove the upper cover. (See Upper Cover Removal.)
2. By checking the arrow printed on the optics cooling fan [A], install the fan
so that air flows into the optics cavity (2 screws).
3. Locate the 2P connector [B] under the front scanner guide rail and
connect it to the fan harness as shown.
4. Reinstall all the parts and turn on the machine.
5. Access SP91 and confirm that "1" (fan mode) is selected . If not, enter
"1" and exit the SP mode.
