18.4 GRID VOLTAGE ADJUSTMENT (SP9-46)

ADJUSTMENT STANDARD
DC –760 ± 10 Vdc
NOTE: VRG on the CC/Grid/Bias power pack spare parts is pre-adjusted.
Usually it is not necessary to adjust VRG when the CC/Grid/Bias
power pack is replaced.
1. Set the multimeter range to dc 1,500 V and connect the multimeter leads
as shown.
NOTE: Keep the multimeter leads away from the main board.
2. Turn on the main switch, close the front cover safety switch, and turn on
the grid voltage using SP9-46.
3. Adjust the grid voltage to –760 ± 10 V by turning VRG on the

CC/Grid/Bias power pack [A].
4. Press the key and turn off the main switch.
