• I f you wish to talk on the busy channel, press the
switch while the radio is locked onto that channel then talk
in the usual way.
• I f you wish to talk on the selected channel, press the
switch while no signals are being received. The radio will
switch to the selected channel.

5. Squelch Settings

The 'Squelch' mode lets you adjust the receiving sensitivity. The
higher the Squelch level is set, the stronger the signal needs to
be for it to be received by the radio.
To set the 'Squelch' mode

6. Roger Beep Tone Selection
