To charge the battery:
1. Plug the charger into a standard 240 Volt AC outlet.
2. Plug the lead from the charger into the charging socket on the bottom right of the battery pack.
Note: Continuously trickle charging a fully charged battery may eventually reduce the overall
battery life. To ensure maximum battery life we recommend disconnecting the charger once the
battery has reached full charge.
For further information on charging your battery and tips on conserving battery power,
see section on 'Maintaining Your Battery Pack' later in this manual.
Optional Rapid Charger
If you need to recharge your battery pack much sooner, the optional BCD001 rapid charger can
recharge the battery pack is around 1 hour. For more details, refer to 'Optional Accessories" later
in this manual.
