spt-threshold

Use this command to configure the router with directly-connected
receivers to change from the SPT tree to the shared tree, RP tree.
Disable this feature with the no form of this command.

By default, the threshold for changing from the shared tree to the
source shortest path tree (SPT) is 0.
If no <access-list-number> is specified, all the multicast group
addresses stay at the RP tree.

static-rp

Use this command to configure the static RP address. Delete the
static RP address with the no command.

There is no static RP set by default.
1. After the static RP is configured, it will enter the RP set to
participate the selection, even if this router does not receive
any advertisement of RP information of BSR .
2. If no <access-list-number> is specified, the static RP applies
for all multicast groups.
