Set contrast
Set the contrast according to your lighting conditions.
View mailbox
You can check whether you have received a minimail.
Request server message
You can check whether you have received a voice or text message.
Send minimail
You can send short text messages to one or more recipients.
Partner*
You can divert calls to other partners, deactivate diversions, have calls for a
partner signalled on your telephone and change the partner display.
Call diversion
You can divert calls to other telephones within your system.
Lock
You can protect your telephone against unauthorised use.
Local phone book
In the local phone book, you can save entries yourself and then call them up
and dial them later.
Main phone book*
The central phone book (CETB) is a call number memory in your telephone
system. You can find and dial call numbers here in the same way as with
your own telephone. You can make it easier to search for a call number in
the central phone book by assigning the search function to a function key.
Appointments
You can enter an appointment with a short text. The text is shown on the dis-
play at the entered time. A signal tone also sounds.
Tone dial on
During a call, you can change the dialling method if you, for example, want
to remote control an answering machine.
Door device*
You can activate or deactivate a door device by pressing a single key. This
function can only be used if it has been enabled and a door device is con-
nected to your telephone.
Transfer call
You answer an additional call during a call. You forward it to another subscri-
ber during a refer-back call. You can also connect the two other parties with
one another during a three-party conference.
