Conference - connecting a subscriber to a call

During a call:
Scroll to the Conference with ... menu item.
Confirm your selection.
...
Enter the call number of the second conference party. You can immediately hold a
three-party conference once you are connected with the subscriber.
• If the third subscriber whom you are calling does not answer, press the "Esc" key to
switch back to the first party.

Conference - connecting a party to a call using refer-back

During a call (e.g. with 06975058):
Press the "Refer-back" function key. The opposite party is put on hold.

Enter the call number of the second conference party. You can set up the conference
once you are connected to this subscriber.
Scroll to the Conference with 06975058 menu item.
Confirm your selection.
• If the third subscriber whom you are calling does not answer, press the "Esc" key to
switch back to the first party.
• You can also set up a "Conference" function key. Detailed information on setting up
function keys can be found in the section titled
[
113].
• A conference between a second caller and the first party is not possible.

Speaking with only one specific conference party

If you, for example, want to remove the conference party with call number 06975058 from the
conference in order to be able to speak with the other conference party on his/her own:
Scroll to the out of conference 06975058 menu item.
Confirm your selection. You can now speak with the desired subscriber alone. If you want
to speak with both parties again, select the Conference with 06975058 menu item.
