Using the phone book

Editing entries in the phone book

Press the "Phone book" function key.
Scroll to the desired entry, e.g. Monica 0069123456.
Confirm your selection. You can now edit the entry.
Scroll to the Save entry menu item.
Confirm your selection.
• To go to the desired entry more quickly, you can also enter one or more of the first letters
of the name.
• You can also search for a name or phone number by using "*" (in the same way as on
your PC). If you enter "*mobile", for example, all entries which include the string "mobile"
are displayed.

Deleting an entry

Press the "Phone book" function key.
Scroll to the desired entry, e.g. Monica 0069123456.
Press the "Clear" key. The selected entry starts flashing.
Press the "Clear" key again while the entry is flashing to confirm your selection.
• You can also first select the desired entry with "OK" and then select "Delete entry".
• The selected entry can also be deleted by pressing the "OK" key after pressing "Clear".
