Consulting someone during a call (refer-back)

During a call:
Press the "Refer-back" function key. The opposite party is put on hold.
...
Enter the number you wish to refer back to.
• You can also start the refer-back call under the menu item "new call to ...".

Speaking with parties alternately

If you want to speak to a subscriber (e.g. 06975058) who has been put on hold:
Scroll to the back to 06975058 menu item.
Confirm your selection.

Putting through a second caller

If you receive another call during an existing call, e.g. from 06975058:
Scroll to the Call from 06975058 menu item.
Confirm your selection. You are connected to the second caller. The first caller is put on
hold and cannot hear your conversation.
Now you want to forward the second caller, e.g. to the call number 1234:
Press the "Refer-back" function key.
Enter the number of the extension you want to connect the second caller to (1234
in this example). You can now announce the caller. The first party is put on hold.
Scroll to the Transfer to 06975058 menu item.
Confirm your selection.
