Sending and receiving text messages
• You can set the desired language for the prepared minimail texts. The languages availa-
ble are English, German, French and Italian. More information can be found in the sec-
tion titledSetting the acoustics, contrast and language

Writing and sending your own text message

Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the Messages menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Send minimail menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the desired entry, e.g. Text 1: and then enter the desired text.
Confirm the entry.
Scroll to a line with no call number, e.g. Recipient 2: (off). This step is not required
when entering a call number for the first time.

... Enter the call number of the desired subscriber, e.g. 7500.
Scroll to the Recipient on menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Send to selected users menu item.
Confirm your selection. You can see on the display whether or not the message has been
