Setting up macro functions

You can assign multi-step macro functions to your telephone's function keys. As a conse-
quence you can, for example, activate and deactivate a permanent call diversion at the press
of a single key. If you assign a partner diversion to a function key, you can activate a partner
diversion or switch between two permanent diversion destinations at the press of a single key.

Setting up a macro (call diversion and pick-up)

Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the Settings menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Keys menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Set macro function menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the macro function you want to assign to the key, e.g. Call diversion 1.
Confirm your selection.
... Enter the call number to which you want to divert calls (call diversion) or from which
you want to pick up calls on your telephone (pick-up).
Scroll to the assign menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Press the key to which you want to assign the macro function. You can now see which
function or call number was previously assigned to the key.
