Setting reminders (appointments)

Appointment message

The signal tone sounds and the appointment message appears on the display at the respec-
tive date.
Press the ESC key to turn off the signal tone. The message Appointment expired now
appears on the idle display.
• If you entered a call number when entering the appointment, it appears on the display
after acknowledging the appointment signal. You then only need to pick up the handset
or press the "Monitoring/Handsfree" function key to call the subscriber with this call num-
ber. You can also dial this call number at any time using the Select entry menu item.
• The "Appointment expired" message remains on the display until you have scrolled
through all the expired entries (marked with "!") in the "Appointments" menu.

Cancelling an appointment

Scroll to the status message Appointment enabled.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the desired appointment, e.g. today 15:00 meeting.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Cancel appointment menu item.
Confirm your selection.

Deleting an appointment

Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the Appointments menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the desired appointment, e.g. 22.03.01 15:00 Meeting (on).
Press the "Clear" key. The selected appointment starts flashing.
Press Clear again while the appointment is flashing to confirm your selection.
• The selected entry can also be deleted by pressing the "OK" key after pressing "Clear".
