Making a call
Pick up the handset.
• You can find out how to assign a call number to a destination key in the section
gning functions or call numbers to keys

If the line is busy (automatic callback)

The dialled internal connection is busy:
Press the "Callback" function key.
Replace the handset. Your telephone rings as soon as the other line is free.
Pick up the handset. The other line is called automatically via the telephone system.

Deleting automatic callback

Press the "Callback" function key.
Scroll to the Delete callback menu item.
Confirm your selection.

Redialling a call number

The dialled connection is busy.
Scroll to the Automatic redial menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Replace the handset. The number is dialled up to nine times at intervals of 30 seconds.
Automatic redialling is stopped if you press any key or pick up the handset.

Deactivating the call number and charge display

During a call:
Scroll to the Call no. display on/off menu item.
Confirm your selection. The call number and name of the opposite party are no longer
displayed and the call number is not saved in the redial list or journal. Furthermore, the charge
display is deactivated. However, the charges continue to be counted internally.
