Setting up the information display

Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the Settings menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Applications menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Lines menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Set info display menu item.
Confirm your selection. You can now define whether you want to pick up a call directly or
whether you want to go to the calling line or line on hold via an information enquiry. This makes
various operating procedures necessary:
• Info Retrieve on:
1. Press the line key for the connection on hold.
(display: "HOLD").
The call number of the subscriber on hold is shown on the display.
2. Pick up the handset.
The connection is established.
• Info Retrieve off: Press the line key for the connection on hold
("HOLD" display, handsfree operation is switched on),
or pick up the handset.
The connection is established.
• Info Answer call on:
1. Press the line key on which a call is being signalled.
The caller can be seen on the display.
2. Pick up the handset.
The connection is established.
• Info Answer call off:
Press the line key on which a call is being signalled.
(handsfree operation is activated)
or pick up the handset.
The connection is established.
