Setting up VIP functions*
• If you select on instead of Ann.&Ackn, only the VIP ringing tone is heard on the secre-
tary phone when the secretary phone is called by the executive phone.

Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the Settings menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the VIP menu item.
Confirm your selection.

Scroll to the Receive VIP functions menu item.
Confirm your selection.
In order to receive VIP messages, set the "Receive VIP functions" menu item to
• "All callers" if you want VIP functions to be possible for all subscribers,
• "Authorized users" if you want VIP functions only to be available to subscribers determi-
ned in the "Set VIP partner" menu.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Set VIP partner menu item.
