Setting up macro functions

Setting up a macro (partner diversion)

Scroll to the Settings menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Keys menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Set macro function menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the macro function you want to assign to the key, e.g. Partner diversion 1.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Modify entry menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the partner from whom you want to divert calls, e.g. from Schwin.
Confirm your selection.
Now you have to select the partner to whom you want to divert the calls, e.g. from Schwin
to Behrma.
Confirm your selection.
Now you have to select whether you need an alternative call diversion destination (e.g.
from Schwin to Behrma or Frank) or whether you only need one destination (in this
example: from Schwin to Behrma).
Confirm your selection.
Press the key to which you want to assign the macro function. You can now see which
function or call number was previously assigned to the key.
Confirm with
• If you have set up the partner diversion with two destinations, you can switch between
these two destinations at the press of a key.
• The partner diversion with two destinations can only be deactivated via the menu. Call
up the basic partner menu and select the menu item "Partner diversion from/to others" in
the "Set/delete partner diversion" menu. Then select the desired diversion from the list in
order to deactivate the partner diversion.
• If you have only selected one destination, the function key activates and deactivates the
entered call diversion.
