Information about lines on display keys

By default, all lines are assigned to display keys, so that the statuses of the lines are shown in
the corresponding display fields. If there are less than five lines, all lines are shown on display
key level 1. If there are more than 4 lines, the lines 5 to 8 are shown on the second display key
level, and (if necessary) lines 9 and 10 on the third level. If there are more than 4 lines, "Level
1" and "Level 2" are assigned to the top two function keys of the right-hand row of function
keys. If there are more than 8 lines, "Level 3" is assigned to the third function key of the right-
hand row of function keys. This is only the case however, if the function has not already been
assigned to another key. If a line on a display key level is busy, the corresponding function key
LED flashes rapidly. This key enables you to switch to the corresponding display key level.
The line statuses are shown in the display fields as follows:
"Behrma"'s telephone is idle.
Your telephone is busy (call or handset picked up).
(The name of the line you have seized flashes in white on a
black background.)
"Behrma"'s line is busy (call or handset picked up).
(name is displayed inversely)
"Behrma" is being called.
(name and bell flashing alternately)
Call for "Behrma" has been put on hold.
(name and "HOLD" flashing alternately)
There is a signal that "Behrma"'s call has been on hold for too
long (the time is set in the system).
(name and bell/clock quickly flashing alternately)
Call for "Behrma" has been put on hold exclusively.
(name and "EXHOLD" flashing slowly alternately)
There is a signal that "Brown"'s call has been on exclusive
hold for too long (the time is set in the system).
(name and "XHLD"/ bell/clock quickly flashing alternately)

If the line name has been entered, the first six characters of this name are displayed.
