To display the missing material, reduce image size to fill the display area

bottom. Add the auxiliary lens to regain the image width.
Display quality appears to drift from good to bad, bad to good...
The source input signal may be of low quality.

The H or V frequency of the input may have changed at the source end.

The display has suddenly froze ...
If the screen blacks out inexplicably, it is possible that excessive voltage noise on

the AC or ground input has interrupted the projector's ability to lock on to a
signal. Power down the projector (see 3.3, Power-down Procedure) and unplug.
Then plug in again and power up as usual (see 3.2, Power-up Procedure).
Colors in the display are inaccurate...
The color, tint, color space and/or color temperature settings may require
1.
adjustment at your input source.
Make sure you are using the proper PCF, TCGD and/or CSC file for this source.
2.
The display is not rectangular...
Check leveling of the projector. Make sure that the lens surface and screen are
1.
parallel to one another.
Is the vertical offset correct? Adjust as necessary using the vertical offset knob.
2.
Is the auxiliary lens straight? Rotate to orient aperture correctly.
3.
The display is "noisy"...
Display adjustment at your input source may be required. Adjust pixel tracking,
1.
phase and filter. Noise is particularly common on YPbPr signals from a DVD
player.
The video input may not be terminated. Make sure the video input is terminated
2.
(75). If it is the last connection in a loop-through chain, the video input should
be terminated at the last source input only.
The input signal and/or signal cables carrying the input signal may be of poor
3.
quality.
If the distance between the input source device and the projector is greater than
4.
25 feet, signal amplification/conditioning may be required.
If the source is a VCR or off-air broadcast, detail may be set too high.
5.
There are random streaks on the bottom of the image
If a 24Hz or 25Hz HDSDI signal or a 50 Hz SDI digital PAL signal, make sure to
1.
use non-cinema processing—delete the checkmark for "Cinema" checkbox in the
Touch Panel Controller's Advanced menu. NOTE: password-protected.
Or, if you do not have access to the Touch Panel Controller's Advanced menu
2.
and cannot adjust the processing path, use your 3rd-party input source to crop off
the streaks.
