Add message to log
Adds the message in the message_string argument
to the Nokia M11 diagnostic log.
log [message_string]
message_string argument is the message you want
to add to the log.
M11> log 05/05/99
Define log level
Displays or modifies the types of log messages you
want Nokia M11 to record. You can enter the
loglevel command with the level argument to
specify the types of diagnostic messages you want to
record. All messages with a level number equal to or
greater than the level you specify are recorded.
loglevel {level}
If you enter the loglevel command without the op-
tional level argument, the Nokia CLI displays the cur-
rent log level setting. The values for the argument are:
1 or low Trivial status messages.
2 or medium Messages that can help
monitor the network traffic.
3 or high Status messages that may be
significant but do not
constitute errors.
4 or warning Recoverable error conditions
and useful operator
information
5 or failure Messages describing error
conditions that may not be
recoverable
