Send ARP request
Sends an Address Resolution Protocol request to
match the nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn IP address to an Ethernet
hardware address.
arp [nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn]
The argument is an IP string which consists of four
decimal numbers with values between 0 and 255 sep-
arated by dots.
