Door Intercom ring duration
This is the time that extensions will ring when the Door Intercom is pressed.
Call Park
This is the time that elapses before a call placed on 'Call Park' rings back the parked call
extension
Ringback time duration
This is the time an extension will ring when Ringback has been invoked.
Auto-Attendant Day
The time a call to the auto attendant, when the system is in day mode, will ring before the
auto attendant will answer the call

Auto-Attendant Night
The time a call to the auto attendant, when the system is in night mode, will ring before the
auto attendant will answer the call.
Ans. Machine delay
This is the time that elapses before an unanswered incoming call is presented with the
Voicemail Answering Machine greeting.
Programmable message length
This is the maximum length of a message left in a Mailbox or a Greeting for a Mailbox, Auto
Attendant or Courtesy service.
AA dial time
This is the delay allowed between dialling the first and second digit when dialling through the
auto attendant (AA).
Hunt timer
This is the time a call will ring an extension in a hunt group before it is diverted to the next
extension in that group.
Notification Delay
This is the time delay between a mailbox receiving a message and a call is made to a pre-
programmed number to notify of a message received
Notification Interval
This is the time on which the pre-programmed number is called if the initial call to that number
is not answered.
Courtesy service length
This is the length of time the courtesy Service feature will keep an unanswered call on the
system before either (i) dropping the call (voice module not available) or (ii) sending the call to
the answering machine (voice module available).

SYSTEM RESET

There are two system reset options available – a warm and a cold reset.
