Multiple levels of Auto-attendant

A second level of Auto-attendant is available on the Mitel 3000.
When a call is answered by Auto-Attendant, the caller can be prompted to dial a single digit,
this digit will route the call to a personalised AA greeting determined by digit dialled. From here
the caller can dial another single digit which can be routed to an extension, group or phantom
mailbox. The features to enable the 2
level AA' (See programming for details)
Note: The caller can dial through to an extension, group or phantom mailbox at any level
provided they know the number to dial.
When Auto-attendant Mapping is enabled the following are the dial through options available
when a caller is listening to a greeting in 1

Dialling a single Digit at 1

Note: If no AA dial through voice prompt is recorded for a digit and that digit is pressed, call
will be presented instead to the pre-programmed group for that digit (see Single digit dial
