To check all Voicemail Passwords

All Voicemail extension Voicemail Passwords can be examined from the Programming
Extension.
From the Programming Extension, press the PROGRAM Key
Press the Scroll Down Key ( ) until 'System programming' is displayed
Select 'System programming'
Enter the System Programming Password and select 'Extensions'
Select 'Examine passwords'
Select 'Voicemail password'
Select the extension whose password you wish to examine. The Voicemail
Password of that extension is briefly displayed on the top line of the display.
Press the Hands-free Key to finish programming.

To operate Voicemail from a standard telephone

Standard telephones can also be allocated Voicemail boxes. When a Voice box is allocated
the 'Divert On No Answer' is automatically set for the extension. You can set 'Divert All Calls'
or 'Divert On Busy' to the Mailbox as well by setting the Divert to 710.
732 for 'Divert all calls'
733 for 'Divert on busy'
734 for 'Divert on no answer'
To access the Voicemail box, dial the code 711, followed by your Voicemail extension number,
Voicemail Password and #. Then dial the following numbers to access your messages:
While listening to the Greeting
Dial 1 Playback commences at the first message
Dial 2 More Information (See Below)
Dial 91 Primary Greeting
Dial 92 Alternate Greeting
When primary or alternate greeting has been selected choose any of the following
options:
Dial 1 To record your greeting
Dial 2 To check your greeting
Dial 3 To delete your greeting
Dial *
To Exit
More Information Menu
Dial 41 Turn remote notification on
Dial 42 Turn remote notification off
Dial 43 Program remote notification
Dial 5 Compose a message
Dial 71 Change your name
Dial 72 Check your name
Dial 73 Delete your name
