To replay the Voicemail box greeting

At your extension, press the MESSAGE Key
Select 'Voice messaging'
Enter your extension number when prompted
Enter your Voicemail Password, (1111 by default), followed by #
Select 'Greeting'
Select the Primary or Alternate greeting
Select 'Replay greeting'.
The greeting will then be replayed for you.

Composing/Sending messages Internally

This feature allows a user to compose a voice message from within a voice box and send that
message directly to single or multiple voice boxes.
They can also compose a message and leave it in the mailbox they are using.
At your extension, press the MESSAGE Key
Select 'Voice messaging'
Enter your extension number when prompted
Enter your Voicemail Password, (1111 by default), followed by #
Scroll down ( ) to select 'Compose a message'
Speak to record a personalised message when prompted
Press 'Confirm' or # when the message is completed
Select the mailbox or boxes you wish to send the message to
Select 'Confirm' to send the message
Press the Speakerphone key when finished

To Select the Primary or Alternate Greeting

The greeting that is replayed to callers to any voice mailbox can be the primary or alternate
greeting. The default is that the primary greeting is played.
At your extension, press the MESSAGE key.
Select 'Voice Messaging'.
Enter your extension number when prompted.
Enter your voice mail password (1111 by default) followed by #.
Select 'Greeting'.
Select the primary or alternate greeting
Select 'Exit'.
The chosen greeting will be replayed to callers.
From a standard phone, dial 9 to select the greetings.
Dialling 1 selects the primary greeting and dialling 2 selects the alternate greeting.
Replace the handset. The chosen greeting is replayed to callers.
