To retrieve messages left in your Voicemail box

If new voice messages have been left in your Voicemail box, the following indications are
given. The Message Waiting Light, located on the top right-hand corner of your Feature phone,
will be on, the top line on your Feature phone display will show 'New voice messages' (in the
case of group messages the display will show 'New group messages), and when an SLT or
Feature phone goes off hook, a broken dialtone is heard. This tone will take priority over the
tone played when the extension has Do not Disturb or Divert All calls set.
Select 'New voice messages'
Enter your extension number
Enter your Voicemail Password, which is 1111 by default, followed by #
Select 'Play'. The new messages are played.
Note: Each message is time stamped to tell you when the message was received. When all
new messages are played, you are informed of the total number of messages in your box.
You may skip the time stamp by dialling 8, which jumps forward ten seconds.
From a standard telephone, the code is 711.

Saving Voice messages

The ability to save voice messages is provided. When a message is saved it can only be
deleted by selecting the 'Erase Message' prompt.
A new prompt 'Save Message' is added to the menu when messages are being replayed.
From an Analogue phone when in the playback mode dialling the digit '6' saves the message.
