Powering Down the System
You may need to power down the system to add upgraded equipment to the
carrier.
CAUTION:
Follow these steps in the exact sequence.
To power down the system, follow the steps below
1 Turn off the power supply on the basic carrier.
Turn off the power supplies on the expansion carriers.

3 Unplug any auxiliary power units.
Because the power supplies are already off, the sequence for
auxiliary power cords is not important.
4 Unplug the system from the AC outlet.
