State Meaning
Off Port is not enabled by software.
On Port is enabled by software, loopback is off.
On Port is enabled by software, loopback is on.
Off Port is not enabled by software.
On Port is enabled by software, and there is a valid
ATM signal without any alarms.
On Port is enabled by software, and there is at least
one alarm.
Off SPA power is off.
On SPA power is on and good, and SPA is being
configured.
On SPA is ready and operational.
