The module needs to be properly aligned and that the module MUST be gently pushed into the
chassis.
You must take care to insert the line card through appropriate guides provided along the sides of the
chassis. Failure to do so results in connector damage and a non-functional chassis.
Before installing any line card or supervisor engine, you must inspect both chassis and line card
connectors and verify if any damage exists.
