debug condition vlan

To limit VLAN debugging output for a specific VLAN, use the debug condition vlan command. To
disable debugging output, use the no form of this command.
Syntax Description

This command has no default settings.

Usage Guidelines
If you attempt to remove the only VLAN condition set, you will be prompted with a message asking if
you want to abort the removal operation. You can enter n to abort the removal or y to proceed with the
removal. If you remove the only condition set, it could result in the display of an excessive number of
messages.
Examples
This example shows how to limit debugging output to VLAN 1:
Switch# debug condition vlan 1
Condition 4 set
Switch#
This example shows the message that is displayed when you attempt to disable the last VLAN debug
condition:
Switch# no debug condition vlan 1
This condition is the last vlan condition set.
Removing all conditions may cause a flood of debugging
messages to result, unless specific debugging flags
are first removed.
Proceed with removal? [yes/no]: n
% Operation aborted
