mac-address-table aging-time
To configure aging time for entries in the Layer 2 table, use the mac-address-table aging-time
command. To reset the seconds value to the default setting, use the no form of this command.
Syntax Description
seconds
vlan vlan_id
Defaults
Aging time is set to 300 seconds.

Usage Guidelines
If you do not enter a VLAN, the change is applied to all routed-port VLANs.
Enter 0 seconds to disable aging.
Examples
This example shows how to configure the aging time to 400 seconds:
Switch(config)# mac-address-table aging-time 400
Switch(config)#
This example shows how to disable aging:
Switch(config)# mac-address-table aging-time 0

Aging time in seconds; valid values are 0 and from 10 to 1000000 seconds.
(Optional) Single VLAN number or a range of VLANs; valid values are from 1

Support for extended addressing was added.
