Enables privileged EXEC mode.
Enter your password if prompted.
Enters global configuration mode.
Enters voice service configuration mode.
Specifies that SRTP be used to enable secure calls and call

SRTP fallback allows calls to fallback to non-secure mode
if SRTP is not available.
(Optional) Allows connections from SIP endpoints to H.323
endpoints.
