Rectifying Faults
Fault description
The working light does
not work.
Faults in Conjunction with the "Rotation speed" Parameter
Fault description
Strong vibrations occur.

The temperature fails to
reach the desired set-
point.

Cause
The lighting element is defec-
tive.
Cause
The load is too heavy or too
light.
The load is distributed unevenly.
The rotation speed is too high.
The device is not standing
straight.
The substrate is too weak.
Cause
The door is not closed completely.
The internal cooling unit is not
switched on.
No cooling is available and the dif-
ference to the ambient tempera-
ture is too small.
Error during temperature measure-
ment.
Remedy
Contact your local INFORS
HT representative.
Remedy
Reduce/increase the load
to the prescribed value.
Load the tray in the
centre. If possible, do not
place any heavy weights
in the corners of the tray.
Reduce the rotation
speed.
Level the bench or the
device (adjustable foot
on the base).
Place the device on a
stable substrate.
Remedy
Close door com-
pletely.
Switch on cooling.
Increase the setpoint
or equip the device
with cooling.
Check whether the
Pt100 sensor is
working properly. In
