Storage : SAN Volume Management

This page appears if you click on any existing Pool and then on an existing SAN Volume.
This page displays SAN Volume information and Target information. It also allows you
to Delete or Expand Volumes, schedule snapshots and disable/enable advanced caching.
Field Description
Volume Name This field displays the name of the SAN Volume.
Advanced Caching This field allows you to modify the Advanced Caching.
Status Mounted/In Use
Deleting
Unmounted/Not-in-Use
Restoring Snapshot
Restoring Snapshot Failed
Failed
Chunk Size This field displays the chunk size of the SAN Volume.
Capacity This field displays the capacity of the SAN Volume.
Volume Type This field displays the type of the SAN Volume.
Provision Type This field displays the provisioning type being used on the SAN Volume.
Expand button Click on this button if you wish to increase the size of your volume.
Date Time Created This field displays when the SAN Volume was created.

Storage : Assign Target

This page appears if you click on any existing Pool and then on an existing SAN Volume.
This page allows you to assign, remove and disable targets.
Field Description
Name This field displays the name of the Target.
Status This field displays the status as either Enabled or Disabled. You can use the
Enable/Disable button to change this status.
Target Volume List This lists displays all the SAN Virtual Volumes assigned to this Target.
User Currently This list displays all the logged initiators.
