Control Panel : System : Information Icon : UPS Configuration Page
The UPS Configuration page displays the Model, Status, Load, Charge Remaining,
Minutes Remaining and the Master/Slave Mode.
Note:
The APC Smart-UPS 1000 XL and the POWERWARE 5125 30 are supported.
Field/Item
Description
Model
This field displays the model information of the UPS attached to the system.
Status
This field displays the UPS status information.
Load
This field displays the load information.
Charge Remaining
This field displays the remaining charge information.
Minutes Remaining
This field displays the remaining minutes of power.
Mode
This field allows you to select the mode for the system that you are connecting to the UPS.
For example, the Master system is the system that is connected directly to the UPS via
serial cable or USB cable. Only the Master can execute the instructions, such as shutting
down the system. You can select from the No UPS mode, Master/Single mode or Slave
mode.
UPS Driver
When Master/Single is selected this field will be displayed. Using the dropdown menu to
select the UPS driver that you want to use. Then, select the port that it is connected to.
Master IP Address
When Slave is selected this field will be displayed. Enter the IP address of the Master
system that the UPS is connected to.
Remaining Battery
Select the amount of battery charge that you want to be remaining before the shutdown
charge is
occurs.
Run after power
Select the amount of time that you want to be remaining before the shutdown occurs.
