2.3.4 DDR2 Memory Controller

All processors supported by the SPCIE-3600AM2 CPU card have their own DDR2
memory controller. The DDR2 controller has the following features:
Low-latency, high-bandwidth
Supports up to two un-buffered DDR2 DIMM
Each DIMM has a maximum capacity of 2GB
Supports 800 MHz, 667 MHz, 533 MHz or 400 MHz DDR2 DIMM
The DDR2 controller on the processor is interfaced to two SO-DIMM sockets on the
SPCIE-3600AM2.

2.3.5 Processor Power Management

The supported processors have the following power management features:
Multiple low-power states
System Management Mode (SMM)
ACPI compliant, including support for processor performance states
