Step 4:
Secure the connector. Secure the DB-15 VGA connector from the VGA monitor
to the external interface by tightening the two retention screws on either side of
the connector.
5.9 Connecting the SPCIE-3600AM2 to the Backplane
5.9.1 Installing the SPCIE-3600AM2 onto the Backplane
The SPCIE-3600AM2 is a PICMG 1.3 form factor CPU card. To install the
SPCIE-3600AM2 onto the backplane, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1:
Align the edge connectors. Align the four edge connectors (labeled A, B, C and
D in Figure 5-17) on the SPCIE-3600AM2 with the corresponding connectors on
the PICMG 1.3 backplane. See Figure 5-17.
